As a Product Analyst/ Associate Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for growing our product further in a data driven manner. You will be responsible for our efforts to acquire and retain more users for the Hike Platform with a data driven approach to optimize our efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES - You manage our digital marketing efforts across all platforms (Adwords/Facebook/Affiliates etc.) - You own and evangelize data-driven experimentation in the team to improve these efforts. - You analyze the performance of these efforts and keep the entire team informed of the same. - You are responsible for opening new avenues to help grow the business further. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES - Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Comp Science, Engineering, or a Management Degree - Prior experience of mobile and Internet products, growth strategies and business dynamics. - Comfortable with basic statistical analysis, Excel and data analysis - Experience with Adwords and Facebook and basic knowledge of SQL is a plus - Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. - Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Enjoys working in both individual and team settings.
