Skills & experience we're looking for :


- We're looking for someone dynamic and you'll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role (Open to remote talent)


- You have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

You will :


As a Lead - Campus Relations and Special TA Projects, you will :


Programs :


- SPOC for all campus engagement and hiring events


- Partner with different cross-functional teams to align on, ideate, and drive multiple TA Projects at any given point in time.


- Identify key performance indicators and continuously track progress and success of all the Programs


- Act as a critic to our processes and system, evaluate and refine the existing processes and systems in place to deliver an enhanced experience to all our internal and external stakeholders


- Scope projects, define goals, and create deliverables- develop full-scale project plans and associated communications.


- Act as a custodian for all TA specific communications and strategies to amplify the reach and drive maximum participation


- Your starter Projects : You are expected to come prepared to work on the below assignments. Be research-driven, while we would be there to help we also expect it to be a two-way communication where we also get to learn from your experience


- You will be owning/co-owning the below Projects


- Social media engagement: Strategies and run recruiting campaigns across multiple social media platforms, drive traffic to our career page, continuous feed on LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor. Explore new channels like discord and relevant use cases, curate gaming, and the crypto community.


- New Joiner Onboarding: Exceptional New Joinee Onboarding Experience, Personalised and Consistent experience for all


- Outreach Events & Conferences: Organise large-scale, high-value outreach- events to showcase exceptional work that we are doing at Hike, Curate communities, and maintain a healthy relationship with high leverage communities.


- Identify top trending conferences and manage engagement for speaker slots and paper presentations.


- Recruiting Programs: Interviewer workshop and playbook, Recruiting campaign on the career site, case studies in premium B-Schools, competency curation for all possible roles.


Talent Acquisition :


- Contribute to each stage of the recruitment funnel


- Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to onboard the best fit candidate


- Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialized sites, etc.)


- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way


- Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops.


- Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and candidates.
