Marketing and Communications : Hi5 Youth Foundation is a sports NGO doing phenomenal work in training basketball to underprivileged children in Mumbai and vicinity. We are looking to hire a mid-level Marketing and Communications candidate with reasonable experience. Candidates should be excited about sports, energetic, and who are passionate about working with children, coaches and the community. Marcom person will be reporting to the founders but will be closely working with operations and CSR head. http://hi5youthfoundation.com Roles & Responsibilities : - Marketing and Communications candidates should be able to perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online content, email marketing, social media, web site management and content development, press releases, newsletters, corporate videos and marketing collateral. Preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared towards media and other opportunities that organization requires on an ongoing basis. What are we looking for : - Must be a confident communicator and presenter - Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally - Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills - Superior project management and time management skills required - Highly creative and eye for designing materials is a plus - Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media - Self-motivated to complete work and meeting deadlines is required - Positive and professional mind-set towards the organization is a must Qualifications, Experience and competencies required : - Graduate/Post graduate degree in any discipline with marketing, media studies or communications would be advantageous - Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in corporate or social sector - Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with India and US - Portfolio of your previous work is desirable - Applications from qualified women are encouraged.
