Job Description - Key Account Manager: ADAS
Education - MBA must, preferably from Tier 1 and 2 institutes (B.Tech will be a plus)
Experience - 7 to 9 years
The ideal candidate will have superior sales/relationship management skills in the Automotive, Electronics and Fleet sectors and a strong ability to device solutions with our existing and potential partners, alongwith excellent communication skills.
About the role:
This is a sales/revenue focused position. You will be responsible for executing the Client's strategic customer engagement, sales strategy, and business development and will be required to :
- Build critical relationships with customers
- Contribute with new solution ideas based on customer and market requirements.
- Provide ideation and thought leadership, and ensure high levels of productive client engagement with partners.
- Prepare competitive analysis, business reports and make recommendations.
- Lead all technical discussions with customers
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for marketing and branding activities to enhance customer interface and engagement
- Be skilled in customer segmentation, product positioning & sales cycle management and offer extensive support with key focus on customer retention/satisfaction for continued opportunities
- Consistently create new business opportunities with customers
- Make sound, well-informed, time appropriate and decisions based on information gathered from clients and/or customers.
