Job description

We are looking for fresher Management graduates who are out of the box thinkers, effective communicators and go - getters to expand as well as strengthen our footprint in the domestic and international markets.

The candidates should be B.E (Mechanical) and MBA (Marketing) from a Tier-1 institution. The candidates should hold a valid passport and should be well traveled. Working knowledge of advanced excel and a systems driven attitude is a pre requirement.

- The job is purely marketing & development (no sales).

- Candidate will be responsible for presenting company's features to customers.

- Maintaining proper database and MIS, furnishing quotation.

- Orders received, orders lost, analysis of why orders lost.

- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate RM trends, brand awareness and competition ventures, earnings per customers

- Market development, development of business into new geographical areas.

- Improve the profitability of the company by effective branding.

Desired candidate profile:

- Candidate with above excellent communication skill (both written and oral) is must.

- Candidate should be smart, presentable and should have go getter personality.

- Candidate should be able to handle work pressure.

- Candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, Power point.

- He/she should have excellent presentation skills.

- Good organization and planning skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Business savvy.

Qualification:

Any graduate BE/B.Tech (mechanical will be given 1st preference) with MBA in Marketing.
