Title: Sales Head - Affiliate Marketing
Position Overview:
As the Sales Head for Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the affiliate marketing department within our organization. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, managing affiliate relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of the affiliate marketing program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the affiliate marketing program that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of affiliate marketing professionals, including affiliate managers, coordinators, and analysts.
- Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates that can effectively promote our products or services. Evaluate potential affiliate partnerships and negotiate terms.
- Affiliate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and incentives to maximize their performance
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all affiliates comply with company policies and ethical standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of the affiliate program.
- Commission Structure : Develop and manage commission structures that incentivize affiliates to achieve and exceed targets while aligning with the company's profitability goals.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the affiliate marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to refine the affiliate marketing strategy.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on the performance of the affiliate marketing program, presenting key insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy across all business functions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and FTC guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
