Role: Senior Process Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Description:

- The incumbent would be part of the FAO team, and is the highest level of escalation in the process; the overall accountability of the process lies with him/her and is a liaison between the senior management and his team.

- He/she will be actively involved in the timely completion of the recruitments, overall planning of the project, transitioning from one session to another and co-coordinating with the departments to implement process improvements.

- He/She would ensure that the process is running smoothly and all the process deliverables are delivered as per the SLA thus exceeding the expectations of the internal and external clients. Preparing proper actionable, deliverables incase of all processes and resources.

- Implementation of effective and efficient processes, system& manual to ensure cross functional and cross resources training to make the activity process dependant rather than being person dependant.

Vertical : Finance and Accounting

Education:

Mandatory: Graduate with Commerce Background

Desirable: M Com, CA OR CA (Intermediate) MBA Finance

Experience:

- Minimum 13 years of experience in Finance & Accounting process preferably in R2R GL in a BPO environment

- Should have handled teams of sizes ranging from 60-70, with TLs & PL/AMs reporting into him/her

- Should be in a MANAGERIAL role for minimum 7 years with team management, should be hands on in defining KRAs for team

- Should have hands on work experience in RPA (Automation).

- Should have strong domain knowledge in at least 2 towers out of 3 in FAO (AP, AR , R2R).

- Should be strong in mapping with customers

- Should be hands on in managing revenue, costs (Gross Margin for projects), attrition analysis).

- Should have strong exposure to ERPs (S4Hana knowledge will have an edge
