Hexaware - Senior Presales Solution Consultant/Senior Bid Manager - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Hexaware is scouting for Sr. Bid Management team members with 5 -12 years experience.

Job location is Chennai / Mumbai only.

a) 5 to 12 years- experience in Pre-sales, Business consulting with exposure to IT or IT consulting.

b) Engineering graduates with post-graduation from a top 15 MBA institute is Mandatory.

c) Should have 5 years experience in IT Consulting organization or Business consulting function.

OR

d) 10+ yrs Solution architecting in any Application stream (ERP, BI &A, ADM) in Pre-Sales

e) Prior exposure to core industry will be an added advantage.

f) Understand requirements stated in RFP / RFI and stitch together a winning proposal based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams

g) Engage in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a proposal for opportunities

h) Identify inter-dependencies and create an overall bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverable and associated timelines and track it to closure.

i) Review requirements & placing the initial bids

j) Understanding of business requirements and know how to map technology
