YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, periodic reports/dashboard for use by various key stakeholders
Empower recruiters and the recruiting leadership teams with dashboards, data, reports to help improve processes and solve recruiting related challenges
Support and run processes as per established standard operating procedures & SLAs
Comply with various Talent Acquisition policies and code of conduct throughout the hiring process
To prepare various letter like Offer, Appointment, Internship etc.
To coordinate with onboarding team for new joiners
To own and manage vendor invoicing and payment process
Be part of various administrative tasks in support of corporate needs and goals
should be process driven and adhere to timelines.
Desired profile:
MBA or Graduate with 4-8 years of full-time experience
Excellent MS Excel skills including advanced features of reporting, pivots, macros etc. and PowerPoint presentation, HR analytics
Good communication skills - verbal & written
Technical Skills: Should have worked on any ATS system and ERP preferably Oracle Fusion.
Understands talent markets in India and can generate Talent Intelligence as per needs of the role being hired
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage work priorities in a fast-paced business environment
