Hexaware - Manufacturing SME - Presales/IT Solutions

We are looking for SME in manufacturing who will be part of one of the fastest growing Hexaware vertical. SME will be primarily responsible for consulting, account mining, presales and proactive solution development. Their KPI's will be tied to demand generation, demand conversion, thought leadership and revenue contribution.

Minimum Qualification :

- 8-12 years of experience in consulting, presales or IT solutioning with 5+ years in one or more of the following industries: automotive, discrete, hi-tech, heavy industry, EPC, mining, energy & utilities

- Good knowledge across the entire value chain including IT products

- Track record of leading client facing discussions with regards to requirement gathering and/or business development

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven thought leadership skills

Prior experience in either of the following industries:

- IT service companies with experience in manufacturing

- Big4 Advisories with specialization in manufacturing IT consulting

- Candidates who have played key roles in digital transformation within a large manufacturing organization
