Hexaware - Learning Management System Configurator/Administrator (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day administration tasks on the learning portal, user and course management on the portal
- Working knowledge of e-learning tools
- Upload videos and update video content library
- Perform audits on user records for the ongoing maintenance and cleanliness of the system
- Troubleshooting LMS issue
- Routine report extraction for courses, weekly, monthly and other completion reporting and other business reports
- Create/publish/archive online/instructor-led courses, assigns training curriculum, addition/deletion of resources, reset passwords, and maintain system parameters
- Analyses, identify, and communicate LMS system and business requirements to vendor
- Investigates and resolves any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Accurately track new, deleted and revised items in the learning management system including assessments
- Maintain all LMS instructor course materials and provide support related to document control system requirements
- Process course updates and monitor user access for monthly usage reporting
