Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy Development:
- Work with the product marketing team to understand industry trends and identify white spaces based on voice of customer.
- Strategize & formulate solution offerings to address the identified market needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering & practice teams to build the solution and help define the product roadmap for the solution.
- Work with the practice teams to quantify the ROI and TCO benefits delivered by the solution in an indicative customer scenario.
- Help the product marketing team in building GTM assets for the solutions
Business Consulting:
- Responsible for lead management by identifying customer pain points and creating a holistic value proposition to address them leveraging Hexaware's solution basket.
- Liaise and collaborate with respective practice teams to quantify the value from each solution as well as the investment required from the customer for each solution.
- Drive first contact workshops with customers to understand the scope of work, explain the solution and the value delivered.
- Create a clear and well-articulated business case for each qualified opportunity considering the total cost of ownership from the customer's perspective
- Work closely with the sales / pre-sales & Alliance teams to nurture, qualify & handhold leads through the demand generation process as well as provide governance & oversight throughout the demand capture process.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrates strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
- Must lead a small team of consultants and oversee the work allocation and deliverable quality.
- Ability to develop strong understanding of new sectors and build strong domain knowledge.
- Translate a strong understanding of the customer context into defining and building a strong, winning proposition that address the pain - points.
- Excellent attention to detail, both written and numerical, and commitment to quality
- Comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with business teams to drive required decisions and outcomes
- Candidate should have Good Communication skills. Be explicit in spoken and written English language.
- Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and direction
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
- Cross functional relationship building is paramount. The role must be able to successfully work with and influence individuals not directly under their control
- Should have good attitude towards work and corporate culture.
Qualifications Required:
- Candidate must have Minimum 6 - 10 Years of management consulting / or solutioning experience in IT Industry.
- Experience working with management consulting firms is preferred.
- Working knowledge of IT services (Infra / Applications / Solutions).
- Must have experience in formulating product / solution strategy, market analysis and gap identification.
- Experience in developing business case, effort estimates & pricing for customer projects.
