Hexaware - General Manager - Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Pursuits - BPO Solutions

Job Description :

- Respond to RFPs and RFIs and anchor pricing for deals pursued across Finance & Accounts

- Analyze client landscape presented in RFI / RFP and through onsite studies and suggest solutions leveraging F&A best practices, Automation / RPA and analytics interventions

- Anchor Finance transformation solution for F&A outsourcing pursuits of Hexaware

- Anchor onsite assessments internationally and within India to evaluate client F&A landscape (AP, AR, GL, Financial Close, FP&A, Tax compliance etc.)

- Analyze client situation presented in RFI / RFP documents and suggest F&A tower specific / SSC solution to client leveraging all optimization interventions

- Coordinate with all stakeholders / seek sign offs and close solutions

- Articulate solution through depictions in solution presentations / RFP / RFI response / proposal documents

- Work out project costing / pricing and get necessary approvals

- Finalize solutions and take deals to closure

- Make solution presentation to clients / anchor client visits

- Frequent international and domestic travel

Required Candidate Profile :

- Experience in to F&A Presales and Solutions across BPO / Finance transformation or consulting role at a Big 4 firm

- MBA Finance (Top tier B School) / Chartered Accountant

- Around 10-18 years of total experience with at least 8+ years of experience in to Finance & Accounts presales and Solution / Transformation

- Willing to travel internationally (when travel opens up)

- Ability to undertake assessment at client site and make client presentations

- Knowledge of leading ERPs viz. SAP, Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards etc.

- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies viz. RPA and their application across Finance & Accounts processes

- Abreast with Finance & Accounts best practices & metrics, SSC best practices and transformation / automation interventions across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Accounting, Financial Close, Financial Planning & Analysis / Enterprise Performance Reporting, Tax Compliance etc.
