Experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing ERM strategy/policy/process 2. Facilitate implementation of above in multiple entities/BUs/Geographies 3. Awareness on legal and commercial aspects, regulatory requirements 4. Ability to understand business and collaborate with business units and functional heads to identify risks, assess the impact and suggest mitigation 5. Define the processes to keep risk database current, reporting to various stakeholders with risk response strategies 6. Performing risk assessments - event-based or at regular interval 7. Experience of developing risk reports for management. 8. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills along with concise presentation of the same 9. Ability to impart training on operational risks 10. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, management, suppliers etc. 11. Good to have knowledge on Information Security (Preferred).
