- Would play the role of Competency/Practice Lead for the track (.Net / Java)
- Should have worked on Java/.Net as a lead and played delivery role or competency role
- Should understand the Job Description of the technical requirements from each customer and formulate a strategy for fulfillment (either direct hire, upskill, cross-skill, On the job training etc.)
- Would be responsible for competency development (Training, Upskilling, Cross skilling etc.). Will collaborate with Hexaware university to make this happen
- Would play a key role in resource fulfillment
- Would be knowing the nature of the customer accounts and work out the way forward plan, along with the account executives
- Plan intake of fresh graduates, put them through the training and handhold them (oversee progress), till they get allocated into account
- Would have KPIs as Fulfillment Ratio, Deployment of resources on Time, Internal fulfillment
- Own and run the competency with end to end responsibility
