Job Description: 1. 6 to 12 Years of experience as Domain Expert OR Business Analyst. 2. Ability to gather requirements from Stakeholders for CR developments and generate FS documents for requirement sign off. 3. Write test cases based on the requirements to be used during BA and System testing. 4. Gathering business requirements and converting them into functional requirement specifications and user requirement specifications. 5. Conducting GAP analysis to understand new business model and additional functionalities to be incorporated into the new application. 6. Process driven and ready to take the extra step for ensure Quality deliverables. 7. Explain the Functional requirements to the Development team in a lucid manner. 8. Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. 9. Systems Evaluation - Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. 10. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Functional Skills to have: 1.
