We are calling this Digital Managed Services (DMS) where we take on the entire process, take on the risk of implementing Robotic Process Automation and provide the cost and risk benefits to the client from Day 1 of the implementation. This way we are responsible for identifying the automation potential, take over the Operations, and implement the bots. We also will focus on a select few areas to build templates and expertise in the DMS model. Job Duties/Responsibilities : - Leading and developing the Robotic Process Automation Practice, projects and the Automation Team. - Actively participating in consultancy engagements for customers. Running successful robotic process automation projects & experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence. - Expertise in monitoring the overall functioning of RPA processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. - Handling Mid-and large size projects including New, Transition and Migration projects and successfully lead the Implementation of automation solutions for various clients using Robotic Process Automation tools. - Leading the Robotic Automation initiatives in Company by identifying & analyzing various automation scopes within processes and chalk out the implementation plan leveraging the best automation tool. - Strong Programming and development/configurations skills in coding to meet the defined design/solution approach. - Ensure quality of coded components by performing code reviews. Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process. - Lead or participate on cross-functional teams of technology subject matter experts in problem solving and process improvement engagements to enhance technology platform support. - Availability and reliability and make it user friendly. - Investigate and understand the emerging technologies and direct them to maximize technology life cycles & meet Business goals using Robotic Automation. - Work with PreSales team to develop PoCs and Demos using various RPA Platforms - Work with different RPA platform vendors for licenses managements, trainings and platform upgrades. Manage vendor relationships. - Develop best practices and ensure the implementation in RPA projects - Work with Sales and PreSales team for design and review RPA solutions, estimate efforts and create Implementation plan - Introduce and support Machine Learning, AI technologies - Develop RPA competency and talent on different RPA Platforms Soft Skills and Competencies : - Knowledge of advanced technologies and legacy systems. - Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (VB NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services) - Working experience on RPA Implementation using RPA platform like Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism and Work Fusion etc - Strong experience of designing Architecture and solutions for complex RPA projects - Good analytical skills and should be able to grasp existing systems and propose solutions accordingly. - Excellent communications skills and should have good exposure in client interaction. - Experience in demonstrating ideas to a large audience with good presentation skills. - Stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with senior management. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts as needed - Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. - Effort estimation and costing. Work Experience : - 15+ years in the IT industry, with hands on experience of managing large and complex RPA Delivery projects. - 2-3 years of RPA delivery experience is mandatory. - 7-8 years of experience client management experience. - Should have managed large teams. - P&L knowledge mandatory.
