Should have strong consulting &amp; advisory experience in Finance domain/ F&amp;A experience from BPO on Consulting side. 3. Has through knowledge and understanding of Finance. 4. Must have good experience in developing solutions to business problems. 5. Should have strong experience in to end to end Finance transformation being part of the Finance team and by working closely with IT team. 6. Should be goal oriented to demonstrate business outcomes. 7. Should be able to own the Requirements Development, Requirements Management and Validation of the solution for rollout. 8. Should be able to assess the user experience of solutions and look for methods to improve the same. 9. Must be able to Lead, guide and mentor a team. 10. Must have worked as functional consultant in Finance domain. 11. Must have Good Analytical skills. 12. Ability to talk to the customer and understand the business requirements. 13. Should have Project experience to Plan, Track and measure the initiatives. 14. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 15. Good to have knowledge in Agile projects.
