FP&A of Company:

- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for effective P&L control.

LOB Analysis:

- Analyze line of business (LOB) financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Cost Centre:

- Manage cost centre of the company and implement effective measures to ensure const trend analysis is performed for optimization.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow, and profitability.

- Assist in capital allocation, business expansion, sustainable business alignment and investment analysis.

MIS Preparation:

- Prepare detailed financial reports along with insights for the management and to the investors as per prescribed proforma.

CBA & Risk Assessment:

- Support decision-making with cost-benefit analysis, gap analysis and risk assessment.

Inter-Dept Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments including warehouse to optimize financial performance.

- Additionally, work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure departmental value proposition is derived

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance of all finance operations aligned with financial regulations and internal policies.
