Selected candidate will work in a senior role providing Business Insights and Analytics to the Analytics CoE team. The incumbent is expected to be a master in data analytics, insights and reporting and lead the team with technical and thought leadership, guidance and value addition to the projects and play a pivotal role between Business teams and the Analytics and reporting teams.

Candidate is expected to have good command over various tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Advanced analytics tools and techniques and MS PowerPoint. Sound knowledge of statistics, technology services domain in the space of cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Work with business and develop and deploy analytics models to address business problems

- Be part of strategic initiatives and take leadership on analytics specific workstreams connecting the dots between business priorities and analytics capabilities

- Be a program manager for analytics specific work streams in all assigned programs Guide team of individual contributors, review their deliverables and ensure accuracy

- Understand business processes and propose, define and develop KPIs for performance improvement

- Periodic interaction with all business stakeholders to collect feedback and work on continuous improvements

- Set up appropriate SLAs and validation procedures to ensure accuracy of the work being delivered.

- Deep dive into data and identify cause for variation in trends of key metrics in monthly reports/data marts.

- Review strategy work from all critical aspects and help them stitch and fine tune their value stories and business recommendations

- Mentor the team: Help in hiring top techno functional talent and focus on their continued learning and upskilling as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience in Analytics projects with knowledge of business analysis, modeling and reporting

- Experience leading analytics projects working with global teams

- Engineering Graduate/ Post-graduate from a reputed institution. MBA is preferred

- Hands on experience of working with Power BI, Big Data tools and SQL

- Detail oriented. Accuracy is key.

- Understanding of Cloud services landscape, the market and cloud services performance measures

- Consultative skills: have the ability to rationalize business need and solution design from people not knowing how to ask precisely for what they need.

- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to perform analysis, build hypothesis, draw conclusions and communicate clear, actionable recommendation to business leaders & partners.

- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management.

- Ability to create High quality crisp presentations for executive ideas with clear story and flow of ideas

Desired Qualifications:

- Good to have certifications in Data Management, Data Engineering, Advanced analytics

- Strong understanding of business drivers and industry trends of cloud infrastructure servcies

- Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.

- Expected to learn the business aspects quickly, multitask and prioritize between projects.

- Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic and good team player.

- Experience with creating visualizations. Dashboard development experience involving multiple views that all respond to navigation/filter/etc. Ability to create cube behind report that can be reused for self-service by other analysts working on the same domain
