What Hevo Does?

Hevo is a No-Code Data Pipeline that helps companies consolidate data from multiple data sources such as Databases, Marketing Applications such as Hubspot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.

To truly understand their customers and answer complex business questions, companies need to unify data from multiple systems.

As a prerequisite to answering these questions, data needs to be prepared for analysis. This requires businesses to invest additional engineering bandwidth to build and maintain systems to fetch, clean & transform this data. Hevo makes this process easier for businesses by cutting down the amount of time spent in extracting and preparing data from a few weeks to a few minutes through a No-Code Platform.

About Role:

Sales Operations Manager is a key member of our Sales Operations team, which supports sales programs impacting the sales organization. This role is critical for building, leading, and developing the Sales Operations team in our Bangalore office.

Responsibilities :

- Maintain full ownership of sales territory planning, including creating and maintaining related territory and buying score models, communicating with sales leadership, ensuring accurate territory set up in the CRM system.

- Provide data insights for the sales organization by tracking long term sales data and creating analytical reports.

- Hire, develop, and coach a team of sales operations analysts, setting up Sales Operations organization for long-term success.

- Assist in reinforcing best practices among AE's.

- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.

- Assist sales and marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods.

- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.

- Train staff on new technology and software.

- Own ad-hoc requests and projects from the Sales Leadership Team

Required Qualifications:

- Three+ years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility and demonstrated team leading skills.

- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar function.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to perform advanced computing functions.

- Proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce. Salesforce Admin certification preferred.

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to problem-solve.

- Ability to work well in groups.
