At Hevo, we are building Unified Data Platform for Real-time Analytics to help companies to analyze their data from multiple sources. We are a one-year-old start-up, backed by Tier-A venture capital firm - IDG Ventures. The founders have previously built a start-up (SpoonJoy - Funded by SAIF Partners and Acquired by Grofers). We are a small team of fewer than 10 people working on a cutting-edge problem to make companies data driven. We operate out of Bangalore (HSR Layout) and San-Francisco. Our customers are located in the US and India. Product Marketing is at the center of our marketing efforts. You would be responsible for educating the customers about the capability of Hevo Data Platform and helping them advance in their journey of being a data-driven company. A typical day could involve all or some of these : - Create compelling stories around Hevo products and educate potential users about benefits - Choose the best medium to deliver each story and execute to attain maximum impact - Engage influencers in meaningful debates surrounding the various problems our data platform solves - Interact regularly with internal product team, subject matter experts (mostly in the US), data scientist, business analyst, data engineer community - Develop methods for existing customers to understand our products better - Understand and monitor the markets in which Hevo products compete, the end user experience and real-world problems - Use your convictions to help product management teams build better products and improve existing features An ideal candidate will have following traits : - A self-starter and a go-getter (Most Important - Complete Freedom and Accountability) - Willingness to learn new technology and understand how it works and impact the businesses - Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with high-level direction - Strongly Preferred - Prior demonstrable experience in product marketing or digital marketing - Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience - This role is based in Bangalore (HSR Layout)
