- Hevo is a No Code Data Pipeline that helps companies consolidate data from multiple data sources such as Databases, Marketing Applications such as Hubspot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.

- To truly understand their customers and answer complex business questions, companies need to unify data from multiple systems.

- As a prerequisite to answering these questions, data needs to be prepared for analysis. This requires businesses to invest additional engineering bandwidth to build and maintain systems to fetch, clean & transform this data. Hevo makes this process easier for businesses by cutting down the amount of time spent in extracting and preparing data from a few weeks to a few minutes through a No-Code Platform.

Role - Partner Onboarding Specialist

- Hevo, as a part of a new initiative (called HevoCircle), is setting up a knowledge-sharing platform for Data Analytics professionals to share their expertise with the world. Think of - Quora for Data Analytics Professionals- . People can ask questions from other community managers and members can answer those questions. Thought leaders can share their domain knowledge with the community members.

- We are looking for a Partner Manager - Subject Matter Expert to help source, network, and onboard partners and subject matter experts in the Analytics industry to join Hevo's knowledge-sharing platform. This role will be instrumental in aiding the rapid growth of the business by building a highly capable pool of domain experts and partners with a diverse set of competencies.

What You'll Do:

- Research and identify key sourcing channels (such as Linkedin etc.), develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a pool of Partners and domain experts.

- Reach out and engage with SMEs in the industry, effectively communicate Hevo's value proposition, showcase the opportunity, and onboard them to collaborate with Hevo.

- Own the complete onboarding process for Partners and SMEs across the globe.

- Structure and build processes in which these Partners and domain experts can be smoothly onboarded to share their knowledge of Hevo.

- Manage the pool of Partners and SMEs onboarded. Keep them highly engaged by defining and building engagement programs via online groups, social discussions, etc.

What skills and experience do you need?

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role or onboarding and building a pool of SMEs/Partners or growing online communities.

- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using social networking (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), user groups, and industry associations for targeting and attracting domain experts.

- Ability to work effectively within a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good at building trust with people.

- Self-driven, diligent, and hardworking individual with a strong go-getter mindset.
