In the modern world, a typical user interacts with any business through multiple channels. The user activity is spread across different systems such as Marketing, Automation, CRM, Online Advertising Channels, Finance, and Support. These applications don't talk to each other and the data within these applications are siloed and inaccessible. Hevo offers an Automated Unified Data Platform to connect all data across different systems and applications; and enables companies to get a complete picture of their prospects & customers.

Importance of Role (Why your role is critical to Hevo's growth) :

At Hevo we're building a community for Data Analysts, Data Engineers & Business Leaders across the world to share their experience & learnings around solving the data unification challenge. You would be instrumental in building this community of subject matter experts across the globe, who can come and share their knowledge, best practices and educate the wider audience - who in turn would advocate Hevo.

Responsibilities (How we envision this role to be a success) :

- Creating Hevo's analytics community : You will search for brands & agencies across the world - prospect, evaluate and engage experts who have solved the data unification challenge and bring them onboard. You will structure the model/process in which each of these experts will share their knowledge (while you'll also work with the content team to execute it).

- Growing the community : One of your major focus areas would be to grow this community of experts (Data Analysts, Data Engineers & Business Leaders) through newer ways of communication like engagement programs via online groups; and the readers via social discussions.

- Analyzing content pipeline & feedback : Keep track of how your community is performing, who is on top of the leaderboard - and which are the content pieces (specific items & themes) that are performing on SEO & social channels - in terms of traffic and leads. You will also be in sync with the content team to evaluate how different content pieces, topics & formats are performing in terms of traffic & social media buzz.

- Staying up to date : Keep reading & continuously be on the lookout for newer content themes, formats or structures that are working well elsewhere - and channelize these into your community to get better outcomes.

Skill Sets (Who is the best fit) :

- Experience in building and growing online communities, and identifying and engaging champions within the community are highly desirable.

- Active participation in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, online communities, community development, and management, commenting, posting, etc.

- Strong understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users.

- Proficiency in content management and presentation tools.

- Excellent written and communication skills in English.

- Flexibility to work in a start-up environment.
