WHAT PROBLEM IS HEVO DATA TRYING TO SOLVE?

Organizations want to leverage their data to make smarter business decisions. However, they struggle a lot to integrate data residing within multiple silos. As a prerequisite to generating business insights, data needs to be prepared for analysis. This requires businesses to invest additional engineering bandwidth to build and maintain systems to fetch, clean & transform this data. Hevo Data makes this process easier for businesses by cutting down the amount of time spent extracting and preparing data from a few weeks to a few minutes through a No-Code Platform.

Head of HR Role JD:

We are looking for a Head of HR to be the custodian of all things human resources at Hevo. This role will be leading all human resources sub-functions such as talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, etc. This role requires a combination of interpersonal and management skills to ensure methodical communication with internal and external stakeholders and to efficiently plan, organize, and execute different people-relevant projects. The person will be required to comprehensively manage all topics related to Human Capital, Organizational Culture & Corporate Experience for all employees of our team. This role will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Management team to ensure continuous Human Capital Excellence as well as Team Motivation & Happiness.

Responsibilities:

1. Human Capital Excellence: Develop, maintain, update & implement cutting edge tools, processes & strategies to attract, motivate, reward, and retain top-quality talent; foster continuous learning & development, performance enhancement, and career progression for the entire organization

2. Organizational Culture: managing, maintaining & improving all building blocks of our corporate culture, including team bonding & relationship building, happiness quotients, HR NPS scores, mental wellness, rewards & recognition, external reputational scores, etc.; solicit & deliver transparent feedback to facilitate improvements & high satisfaction at both individual and organizational levels

3. HR Operations & Employee Experience management: Manage various efforts related to employee experience such as consistency in culture, facilities, and support infrastructure, including our physical/remote work environment, team-building efforts & other related activities.

4. HR Leadership & Strategic Management: Champion comprehensive leadership for all HR projects, including developing and forecasting organization charts; mapping and implementing all processes & compliances; staying up to date on evolving trends and best practices; providing guidance, support, and serving as a role model to our entire HR function; investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee situations from origin to conclusion.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. MBA (or equivalent) with specialization in HR from top-tier institutes (XLRI, MDI, TISS, etc.)

2. 8-12 years of experience in the human resources domain

3. Proven experience spanning across multiple HR sub-functions vis-a-vis talent acquisition, HR ops, performance management, rewards & recognition, learning & development, etc.

4. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

5. Strong people management and interpersonal skills

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Strong experience in HR policies and compliance

8. Prior experience in the HR data & analytics space will be a plus
