At Hevo, we are building Unified Data Platform for Real-time Analytics to help companies to analyze their data from multiple sources.
We are a one-year-old start-up, backed by Tier-A venture capital firm - IDG Ventures. The founders have previously built a start-up (SpoonJoy - Funded by SAIF Partners and Acquired by Grofers).
We are a small team of < 10 people working on a cutting-edge problem to make companies data driven.

What would you do
- Own the entire lead funnel from ideation -> launch -> iteration
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives: search, social, email, marketplaces, etc.
- Build Digital Marketing Process and Automation
- Manage and Improve existing Acquisition Engine and channels
- Manage the budget and analytics all campaigns to identify things that are working and scale them
- Implement an experiment design framework aimed at identifying and testing potential new growth channels
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion in product (landers, sign-up flow, etc) and champion those initiatives
KPIs that you would own
- User acquisition volume (month on month growth)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Channel growth and mix
- Traffic conversion rates
- Number of experiments executed on (velocity, quality, results)
The Ideal Candidate
- Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functionally with other teams
- 4+ years experience in online marketing and advertising
- Hands-on experience crafting growth experiments
- Proven experience with Facebook, AdWords, SEO
