What will be your role as Recruiter at Hevo?

- Sourcing through multiple channels (Social Media, LinkedIn, Referral and Networking)

- Build industry, company, and talent pool insights through mapping

- Initiate targeted searches to headhunt top talents in the industry

- Interview and assess candidates through the structured interview process

- Build and maintain reports for internal reviews

- Build Talent communities & Pool for current and future roles

- Take up new projects to improve the efficiency of Recruitment efforts

- Manage excellent stakeholder experience (Hiring Manager and Candidate) throughout the recruitment process

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in end to end IT Recruitment for IT Product companies or Start-ups

- Should have worked in high performing teams aiming to go above and beyond set expectations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-driven and resilient to unprecedented challenges.
