WHAT PROBLEM IS HEVO DATA TRYING TO SOLVE FOR CUSTOMERS?

- Organizations want to leverage their data to make smarter business decisions. However, they struggle a lot to integrate data residing within multiple silos.

- As a prerequisite to generating business insights, data needs to be prepared for analysis. This requires businesses to invest additional engineering bandwidth to build and maintain systems to fetch, clean & transform this data. Hevo Data makes this process easier for businesses by cutting down the amount of time spent extracting and preparing data from a few weeks to a few minutes through a No-Code Platform.

What will be your role at Hevo?

SEO managers sit at the nexus of the Growth Engine at Hevo. You will play a pivotal role in leading the entire SEO initiatives and strategies for Hevo. The primary goal for this position is to maximize organic search traffic for Hevo's website by improving the SERP rank of relevant keywords.

What will you be owning?

- Develop & execute Hevo's SEO strategy & build roadmaps to drive sustainable organic growth.

Own the process creation & deliverables, including (but not limited to):

- Keyword Research & Structuring.

- On-Page Content Optimizations

- Technical Audits

- Backlinking

- Define & drive adoption of weekly, monthly & quarterly cadences to enable the team to stay on top of the KPIs.

- Create meaningful reports in collaboration with the marketing operations team, to accurately measure the impact of SEO activities against defined OKRs.

- Manage effective communication with leadership on progress to ensure the best possible strategy is being implemented to hit KPIs.

- Work closely with the content team to help define the content strategy/calendar based on identified SEO opportunities.

- Work closely with the web development team to ensure the implementation of tech SEO best practices and maintain an ideal site architecture for maximum SEO benefits.

- Stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates and changes to the search landscape, to drive continued innovations and implementation of SEO best practices and strategies.

- Build a strong team of self-motivated SEO experts to help scale our organic efforts.

What are we looking for?

- Experience in planning, implementing and reporting a revenue-led SEO strategy (SaaS experience an added advantage).

- Experience working with a content team in an SEO capacity - ideally in a high-growth company, focused on creating and implementing content strategies.

- Experience building & managing a team.

- Proficient in using tools including (not limited to) Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Hubspot (or other marketing automation tools). Experience working on Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio is an added advantage.

- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals to consistently identify & run experiments on improving conversion rates across different parts of the funnel.

- Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities and manage complex projects.
