What problem is Hevo Data trying to solve for customers?

- Organizations want to leverage their data to make smarter business decisions. However, they struggle a lot to integrate data residing within multiple silos.

- As a prerequisite to generating business insights, data needs to be prepared for analysis. This requires businesses to invest additional engineering bandwidth to build and maintain systems to fetch, clean & transform this data. Hevo Data makes this process easier for businesses by cutting down the amount of time spent in extracting and preparing data from a few weeks to a few minutes through a No-Code Platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L for inbound sales at Hevo.

- Build and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (Lead Qualification) and Inside Sales Manager (Quota Carrying Representative).

- Be a hands-on manager, drive the sales team, and ensure their productivity and efficiency in meeting the revenue goals.

- Work in collaboration with the Product and Solution Engineering teams.

The activities performed in this scope are to develop and implement sales strategies keeping short-term and long-term organizational goals.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in complete Sales and Business Development cycle in Technology Sales (Product/Services) focused on Mid-Enterprise organization

- Minimum 5+ years of Inside sales experience as an individual contributor selling to the global market

- Minimum 3+ years building and managing a sales team of 8-10 direct reports

- Experience in working with the organization in Data and Analytics (preferred)

- Experience in hyper-growth and fast-paced organization(s)

- Experience in fostering relationship(s) with C-Level executives
