An Architect: The HR Leader will ideate, design, and deploy initiatives that impact the organization in areas of performance management, rewards, and recognition, processes, and compliance.

An Evangelist: The HR Leader will institutionalize practices that consciously promote Hevo's core values and culture.

A Thought Leader: The HR Leader will bring in experience and new ideas that position Hevo as an organization that meaningfully adds value to members in their professional journey.
