Hevo - Communications Associate

Hevo is looking for a Communications Associate who is proficient in creating and maintaining a favourable image for Hevo as a brand. We are looking for someone who can efficiently handle internal and external communications regarding programs, accomplishments and/or points of view with the employees and users/public. The ideal candidate should be skilled in understanding the audience and ensuring systematic and structured communication of relevant subjects.

Your Mission:

- Drive external communications strategy and ensure credible employer branding

- Handle internal communications efficiently using communication tools like internal newsletters

- Formulate tactical communication with partners and creatively announce collaborations/ strategic partnerships

- Craft and present brand stories across a variety of media to increase corporate visibility and engagement.

- Develop and build contacts with a diverse group of media professionals.

- As needed, assist with crisis communication.

Superpowers You Will Need:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PR/communications

- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Mass Communications/Journalism/English

- Exposure to marketing campaigns and media relations

- Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns to engage with the public and media

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms

- Ability to be proactive, self-driven, and diligent to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
