About the role: We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to join our Leadership Team in the Business Strategy &amp; Operations Team. You would be leading cross-functional projects. You will define and pick business problems to be solved at the company and then work with different departments to set up the blueprint for the solution. You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Identification of problems, Success Metric, Strategy, Execution, Training, and ultimately the outcome. What type of projects could you be driving? - You may kick start setting up a reseller global network for Hevo. - Or set up a customer success team from the ground up. - Or help the Recruitment team re-design the hiring process. - Or Identify new growth channels for the company.
