1. Steering the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies for achievement of top-line & bottom-line targets


2. Managing Biosimilar Business across PAN India from identifying potential leads to pitching the product and thereby converting into business


3. Developing and effectuating competitive selling programs to improve product awareness and enhance growth


4. Analysing competition through market information to finalize the marketing strategy.


5. Administering business operations for the profit centre with a view to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets


6. Formulating annual budget/ profit centre budget for operational / business development activities and presenting it to the Top Management ? Rendering sustained services for high ROI, increasing retention level by achieving quality norms and resolving their issues to attain high customer satisfaction ?


7. Ensuring the successful accomplishment of present business targets in face of growing competition; identifying the prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve profitability.


8. Working with Product Team to establish a continuous feedback loop (market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap and lessen product gaps.


9. Spearheading the overhaul of customer segmentation, brand positioning and communications strategies that helps the brand to connect more emotively to consumers and increase loyalty.


10. Mentoring & monitoring Sales Team to ensure efficiency in process operations, development of new revenues, closures & for meeting the defined sales targets.
