Roles & responsibilities :

- Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements based on IGAAP & IND AS.

- Liaison with Statutory Auditor and Tax Auditors for completion of audit of books of Accounts within prescribed timeline.

- Preparation of group consolidation of financials

- Ensure monthly closing of books of Accounts (monthly accruals) on time with accuracy.

- GL scrutiny and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.

- Working knowledge and Proficient in SAP module.

- Make changes and adopt changes in SAP from time to time.

- Managing corporate Treasury mgt. and ensuring adequate bank lines/ reconciliation for business.

- To ensure proper accounting standards followed and 100% accuracy of expense booking.

- To ensure timely disbursement to creditors/ bankers and employees as per given standards.

- To ensure finalization of company books of accounts at desired deadlines without qualifications.

Functional competencies :

- Knowledge of Ind AS & IGAAP.

- Knowledge of GST Model.

- Knowledge of Annual Audit, Knowledge of direct & indirect taxation.

- Knowledge of treasury operations, knowledge of accounting.

- Data accuracy.

- Sound Knowledge of SAP.
