Job Purpose : Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Dealership Profitability Adhering To The Policies /Systems/ Processes And Reaching More Customers To Achieve Heromotocorp Goals
Key Accountabilities -
- To Ensure Technical Enhancement By Adhering To Standard Operating Procedure For First Time Fix And To Give Faster Resolution To The Customer
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction By Managing All The Systems And Process At The Dealership Level
- Ensure Dealership Profitability by Providing Best Service And Aprroaching Maximum Customers
- Ensure To Achieve The Business Parameters based On Heromotocorp Target
- Manpower Management At The Dealership Level To Enhance Their Role Clarity To Improve Their Efficiency
Educational Background :
Threshold educational qualifications required to execute the role :
- BE / B TECH (ESP. Automobile)
- DME / DAE ALSO Can Be Considered With 5 Yrs Relevant Experience.

- Automobile/Production/Industrial
