To effectively achieve Annual Business Plan (Despatches, Market Shares & Institutional sales) through various SOP's laid down by company {conducting various sales promotional activities, appointing network in untapped potential areas, proper implementation of Dealer Sales Process Management (DSPM), timely funds review & collection, Manpower availability & training} thereby ensuring customer satisfaction, business sustenance, profitability & growth.
Major Responsibilities would be:
- To achieve ABP ensuring business growth & profitability
- To improve secondary network performance
- To improve customer experience
Important point:
MBA (Full time) from Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutes is must
