Job Purpose Statement :
To effectively achieve ABP (Despatches, Market Shares & Institutional sales) through various SOP's laid down by company {conducting various sales promotional activities, appointing network in untapped potential areas, proper implementation of Dealer Sales Process Management (DSPM), timely funds review & collection, Manpower availability & training} thereby ensuring customer satisfaction, business sustenance, profitability & growth
Principal Accountabilities and KPIs :
1. To achieve ABP ensuring business growth & profitability (40% Time Consumed)
Applied Activities :
- Daily / weekly / monthly review of targets
- Identifying gaps & ways to bridge these gaps
KPIs :
- Sales target vs achievement
- Market share target vs achievement
- Institutional sales target vs achievement
- Paid up stock norms
2. To improve secondary network performance (20% Time Consumed)
Applied Activities :
- Visiting network as per Project Stallion guidelines (To review Infrastructure, manpower, processes & Financial capability)
- Conducting BTL's
KPIs :
- Improvement in Project Stallion score
- Activity target vs achievement
3. To implement various Head Office initiatives (20% Time Consumed)
Applied Activities :
- To communicate, plan, ensure implementation & review of various HO initiatives as per timelines
KPIs :
- Rural vertical / Bharat Shresth wave performance
- Connect usage
- GoodLife performance
4. To improve customer experience (10% Time Consumed)
Applied Activities :
- To review & improve processes, infrastructure
KPIs :
- New Visual identity implementation & basic showroom upkeep
- Post sales followup
- Customer Feedback system
- Project Vishawas score action planning
5. Manpower quality & quantity (10% Time Consumed)
Applied Activities :
- To ensure manpower quality & engagement
KPIs :
- Manpower recruitment & availability
- Manpower training & assessment
- Rewards & recognition
Education : B.Tech and MBA( Mandatory)
Industry Preference : Auto, Consumer Durables, Electronics
Language Proficiency : Should know Telugu however it is not mandatory
Remarks : Must have strong Channel Sales experience
