Hero MotoCorp - Territory Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To effectively achieve Annual Business Plan (Despatches, Market Shares & Institutional sales) thru various SOP's laid down by company {conducting various sales promotional activities, appointing network in untapped potential areas, proper implementation of Dealer Sales Process Management (DSPM), timely funds review & collection, Manpower availability & training} thereby ensuring customer satisfaction, business sustenance, profitability & growth.
Major Responsibilities would be:
- To achieve ABP ensuring business growth & profitability
- To improve secondary network performance
- To improve customer experience
Please Note :
We are looking only from 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler sectors . Profiles from Tractor, Truck, Buses and Tyres will not be considered.
Education : Full time MBA is must
Exp- 1- 3 yrs
Salary : 4-8 LPA
