We are looking - for - senior CS - professionals - from listed companies who have expertise in compliance tool implementation - for our Secretarial team.   - Sharing below the brief synopsis of the role however - it is just a small brief about the role more insight will be shared in due course.   Major Focus of the Role will be :   - Managing the Regulatory compliance framework.   - Ensure organization wide compliance tool implementation, roll out and its smooth functioning going forward.  - Ensuring highly efficient shareholders- services and interaction, executing actions related to Shareholder correspondence, share transfer/transmission, duplicate issue, providing timely update to Stakeholders- Committee, co-ordination with RTA, internal legal team and external regulatory bodies, law firms, SEBI etc.   - Managing shareholders related litigations.  - Managing the entire secretarial compliances of companies under the promoter group.
