Job Purpose :

Job Location is Chittoor Plant.

- Planning, directing and ensuring implementation of all HR Interventions and Process pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development for achieving HR Business Goals and meeting Business Objectives at Chittoor Plant.

Key Accountability :

- Implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy

- Procurement of resumes through Corporate Office and references

- Getting Shortlisting done from respective Sections

- Planning and conducting interviews at Plant level for sending the finally selected profiles to Corporate Office

- Hiring of MTs/GETs/DETs as per requirement

- Monitoring attrition rate

- Conducting Exit Interviews and analysis thereof

- Planning & Execution of Induction of Lateral Hires & DETs

- Implementation of Talent Management Strategy

- Ensuring Goal Setting & completion of Mid Year & Annual Reviews as per timelines

- Confirmation Process of Staff as per timelines

- Conduct of Assessment Center Process for Cluster Jump Cases as per Organization Structure

- Facilitation of Talent Review Process & Career and Capability Framework Implementation

- Conduct of Open Houses for employees as per the defined frequency

- Conduct of Family Visits for all the employees

- Facilitation of Employee Engagement Programs along with Reward & Recognition

- Addressing any issues related to staff as well as those on 3rd party rolls

- Implementation of Talent Development Strategy

- Conduct of Training for Staff & Team Members as per the mandate

- Driving the E-Learning agenda within the organization and promoting the same

- Conducting Development Centre for employees undergoing Assessment Centre

- Driving and monitoring part-time B.Tech Program for Diploma Holder Employees

- Driving any Organizational Development Intervention for Haridwar Plant

- Act as Internal Trainer for various modules and deliver sessions for the employees

- Monitoring and control of Annual Training Budget

- Compliance to Integrated Management Systems

Full Time MBA or Equivalent Qualification in HR from Good Institute
