Hero MotoCorp - Employee Relations Role (0-2 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
1. Work with ER Manager to propose and design the hiring strategy and manpower mix.
2. Contribute in development of effective manpower model for contractual workers.
3. Ensure contract manpower availability & for uninterrupted operations in Plant.
4. Ensuring compliance by service providers, adhering to state and central laws in order to avert any legal consequences.
5. Ensure smooth implementation of ER Processes (like ER Health Index, Fortnightly meetings, Er MIS, etc) for engaging the work force to keep motivation level high and avoid labour unrest.
6. Assist Head ER in implementing various ER strategies/initiatives and ensure legal due diligence for smooth functioning of the Plant.
7. MIS Preparation and maintenance
Specific requirement : Proficiency in Telegu would be an added advantage.
