Hero Lectro - Business Analyst To CEO & Director (10-18 yrs)

Hero Lectro is part of the Hero Motors Corporation which has multiple businesses ranging from Hero Cycles, Firefox, BSH, insync, MHRL, etc.

The individual will be working directly with the CEO - Hero Lectro who also holds the position of Director in Hero Motors Corporation.

Desired profile

We are keen to hire an individual who has:

a. 10- 15 years experience, worked as EA with MNC CXOs or strategy firms such as BCG, McKinsey

b. Strong business planning and Analytical skills

c. Strong communication and presentation skills

d. Strong stakeholder management skills

Job role

The role is extremely critical as part of the Hero Motors corporation and will have the following roles and responsibilities:

a. Agenda setting for the CEO - Hero Lectro and Director - HMC as he manages multiple roles between the group and Hero Lectro

b. Partnering in planning and execution with relevant stakeholders for initiatives taken by CEO and Director - HMC

c. Use automation & intelligence to enhance productivity of CEO - Hero Lectro and Director - HMC

d. Strong ability to grasp the external & internal environment of businesses

e. Be a part of all work meetings and ensuring that the meetings are as per agenda

f. Ensure on following up on the key note items from every meeting (minutes of the meeting) so as to ensure the planned deliverables are met

g. Although this is an individual contributor role, it is essential for this role to work with multiple stakeholders across Hero Lectro and the group to drive key business metrics

h. Work with the leaders on contingency planning and ensuring the right actions are taken in case of shortfall in achieving targets
