Hero Future Energies - Investment Analyst - Fund Raising Team (4-6 yrs)
1. Investment Banking: Candidate will be part of the fund raising team and will be primarily responsible for preparation of financial model and investor presentation.
2. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating the due diligence process for the fund raise.
3. Negotiating support on term sheets / reviewing agreements.
4. Co-ordinate with internal teams (Operations / legal / compliance etc)
5. Ensure successful fund raise.
5. Investor Relation: Co-ordinate with investors and provide them regular MIS
