Hero FinCorp - Senior Associate - Treasury (5-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with bankers to negotiate and close banking lines

- Preparing the NBG/In-principal / Board note of reducing the lead time for final sanction

- Ensuring timely renewals of limits and resets of bank loans

- Preparing the modification/amendment letter on banking sanctions

- Meeting with senior bank officials and ensuring healthy engagement of Company's senior officials with key bank officials

- Preparing the bank documentation and liaising for its early closure

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding

- Making most of the opportunities presented by any regulatory announcements. At the same time, ensuring compliance and implementation of anything required by law

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documents

- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Experience Preferably 6-9 years

Education Preferably MBA / CA / CFA

Skills & Competencies :


- Strong Understanding of NBFC / HFC business

- Good in understanding financial ratios and analysis

- Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics

- Strong Communication Skills

- Strong Presentation Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office
