Hero FinCorp - Senior Associate - RBI Compliance (5-10 yrs)

- Liaise and build relationship with RBI and sharing timely adhoc data MIS in specified formats with them

- Regulatory Return filings by collaborating with cross functional teams for data

- Understanding of Capital Adequacy, SBL, GBL and customer complaints related Compliances

- Good understanding of Fair Practice Code and AML

- Experience in managing regulations relating to Moratorium , Restructuring and other related guidelines

- Tracking and sharing RBI updates with management

- Ensuring changes in existing policy as and when new RBI Circulars/amendments are notified and helping in drafting it in policy document

- Monitoring and highlighting alleged violations of RBI laws, rules and regulations and recommend procedure for corrective action.

- Maintaining and organising compliance records

- Managing RBI Inspection, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit and IRDA Audit and preparing replies to the report

- Fraud Reporting

- Suspicious transaction and cash transaction reporting

- Help develop technology solutions and automation of regular returns, MIS and other data

- Develop and disseminate compliance trainings to employees on ongoing basis

- Assisting and advising the internal stakeholders with RBI & IRDA related matters

- Experience of handling governance and compliance activity in Banking and Financial Service related industry
