Heritage Retail is part of the Rs.2000Cr Heritage Foods Limited group with 115+ modern retail stores in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. While we are rapidly expanding our offline footprint, the management has identified omni-channel to be the growth engine for the organization.

The Opportunity

To be part of a start-up team within the umbrella of an established brand and build the next generation Omni-channel experience from scratch

Complete ownership of your domain and empowerment to traverse from ideation to implementation

Opportunity to work with senior management in both online and offline retail space

The role :

- Own the integrated marketing plan across all digital channels (SEO,SEM, Social, Content Marketing, Email and Affiliates)

- Understand the market and customer behavior (online and offline), and break them down to marketing metrics that can be measured, monitored and influenced.

- Devise the customer Aquire-Launch-Nurture flywheel

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns within budget and drive ROI

- Edit / Write content for marketing collateral such as ad copies, landing pages, etc

- Create the Marketing roadmap and drive execution through the Digital Marketing agency and offline team

- Last but not least, measure performance, ideate, iterate and improve

The ideal candidate :

- At least 4 years of marketing experience in an eCommerce organization or digital agency

- Customer centricity is not a jargon for us. Every decision we make is about delivering a great experience to the customer

- Innately data driven and analytical in nature. If you are not talking numbers, you are not making sense

- Needs to be much more than JUST a digital marketer (That's hardly 40% of your job description)

- Mastery over Google analytics to be able to draw actionable insights from user behavior that help drive marketing / business metrics

- Broad based experience across all aspects of Digital marketing

- Expert content creator who can communicate the brand promise and intent to the customer

- Experience in working with UI/UX teams and great design instincts

- MBA from Tier-1 B-School (preferred)

- Highly energetic and passion to deliver. You will not fit in if you are not restless to learn, build and have an impact
