Position : Senior Level Profile in Marketing

Reporting to Head Diary Division

Location : Corporate Office @ Hyderabad

Job Profile :


Responsible for promoting the identity of Brands in the market and Increase the visibility of Heritage & other brands of the company and its subsidiaries & JV companies. Promote the sales of Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales & Distribution team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

- Plan, Execute & Promote the business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

- Promote the identity of Brands in the market and increase visibility including social media.

- Drive Brand metrics 

- Identity deployment, Agreed on Campaigns development and execution.

- Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.

- Build and deploy effective marketing plans.

- Study and analyze the new product and its opportunities.

- Develop market intelligence.

- Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth.

- Effective use of PR to build brand awareness.

- Management of third party and agency relationships.

- Analyze market/sales trends and customer perceptions to devise future sales strategies for revenue growth.

- Extending support to the entire Sales & Distribution team in marketing activities including Parlour strengthening.

- Review & identify business gaps and develop sales promotional activities.

- Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.

- Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.

- Provide guidance in establishing and deploying service level agreements with various vendors and various internal and external service providers.

- Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
