Role Overview : 1) Provide Leadership in Information Technology portfolio for enablement and identifying IT innovative potentialities and bringing them to fruition to best benefit of the overall goals &amp; objectives of the Organization. 2) Develop and maintain a robust &amp; future proof technology stack for the organization that helps the organization in reducing costs, enhance efficiency and increase sales volumes. 3) Manage a portfolio of IT; understand business lines and IT projects related to strategic, financial, and business operational development aspects. 4) Well versed with latest technologies like Big data /Analytics / Apps / SAP-HANA / Cloud Computing / Data Security etc., to provide the inputs for business decisions making team and to implement the business solutions by using the latest technologies in an agile, efficient and secured manner. 5) Brainstorm with the internal business teams to discover new IT solutions to problems. Role Responsibilities : 1) SAP implementation end to end for a minimum 300 SAP users and provide In house management of SAP support. 2) To handle large size Data Center &amp; Disaster Recover management. 3) Vendor Management, related to Cloud computing systems and any other Application integrations with SAP. 4) Robust implementation of internal financial control check list with respect to IT systems. 5) Co-Ordination with auditors for successful completion of audit with respect to IT system. 6) Implementation of Cyber security systems and build strategy and infrastructure for Data Privacy and Security from both internal and external environments 7) Overview of LAN/WAN to manage multi locations (Minimum 100 locations). 8) Data team planning, management &amp; retention. 9) Establishment of Communication System and management. 10) Non-IT solutions / Applications implementations as per business requirements with cost effectiveness. 11) Preparation of annual IT budgets and control. 12) Team management, selection, development for data management, network management, security management, SAP consultants (Technical &amp; Functional). 13) SAAS / HAAS selection &amp; implementation management. 14) Monitoring &amp; managing team of sourced data for functional modules across the locations. 15) Hands on experience in SAP modules any one or two (MM/PP/FICO/SD). 16) Experience in manpower (SAP Space) orientation &amp; retention 17) Experience in data warehouse management and relevant MIS. 18) In-depth understanding of business requirements and knowledge on functionalities like Finance, Marketing, Sales &amp; distributions, Promotional activities etc.
