Herbalife International - Manager - Supply Chain (12-15 yrs)
- Will lead the Supply Chain function for South & South Central (Karnataka/AP/Telangana/Chennai/Kerala). Will ensure that the products are delivered to customers within the agreed Time.
- Ensure the safety of Products stored across all location in the region. Should be able to co-ordinate and guide the 3PL operators in Warehousing and Logistics Domain.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of Supply Chain professionals based at various locations. Will need to support, guide and motivate the team to optimum performance.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Will report to Director Supply Chain. Will have to work closely various cross functional teams viz., Sales & Marketing, Sourcing, FP&A, Legal, Admin, Finance, Audit & IT teams
Education:
- PG in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibility
- Manage Supply Chain Operations for South & South Central Region
- Manager Multi Location Warehouses across the region
- Ensure on Time shipment and delivery of Customer order
- Inventory Planning - Demand Management and Forecasting, Deployment planning across multi locations to ensure market demands are met.
- Inventory Controls Experience (Stock management, Batch Management, FIFO, Minimize operational loss)
- Should be able to lead a team of 6-7 Direct reports.
- Conduct review meeting with the team and ensure proper reporting is done.
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams. Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvement.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Train and evaluate team
- Provide constructive feedback
Skills :
- Warehouse operations, Logistics Operations, Inventory Planning and Control, People Management, Excel Skills and analytical mind
Experience:
- 12-15 Years of End to End Supply Chain with strong Warehousing, Logistics & Customer Deliveries knowledge.
- FMCG/Food/Nutraceuticals/Pharma Industry.
Job Requirement
- Previous working experience in the field of Supply Chain for 12-15 years.
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as ERP SD/ MM, AP Modules)
- Should have managed Warehouse operations in multi locations. `
- Knowledge of Logistics Industry. Should have knowledge of Primary / Secondary and a very strong Last Mile Delivery Experience. Knowledge of Fleet operations for Primary/Secondary and Last mile
- Manage vendors from Warehouse/Logistics & Courier Industry.
- Knowledge of preparing Contracts and understanding legal terms of Warehouse and Logistics contracts.
- Should have worked on Tools based on Inventory Planning, Demand Management and Forecasting
- Inventory Controls Experience (Stock management, Batch Management, FIFO, Minimize operational loss)
- Problem-solving & Influencing skills, Time Management, Team Player.
