POSITION SUMMARY This position will simulate and transform the - Should Cost Model for Global Strategic Sourcing. The resource will be SPOC and approval point for Cost and Price Negotiation planning Process. Scope of review and restructuring of cost formats will be all expenditure within GSS Spend Management with budget threshold of &gt;$25K. Contracts Commercial Negotiation cutting across verticals and closely working with FP&A for material price variance and optimization. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: The resource will report into GSS Director and closely work with SCM, Mfg., Controllership, FP&A and IA SOX. Roles and Responsibilities - Price Variance Optimization Program leadership and Management - Conceptualize and Manage TCO - Should Cost Restructuring and NPD Costing Stage Gate Ownership - Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance Initiation and Executions support Dashboard - Cross Geography Price Movement and Fundamental Analysis of Commodities - Cost Benefit and Make Vs Buy Analysis of FG Sourcing and Supply Plan - Business Share Impact Analysis and Supply Risk Reward Decision Support Dashboards DESIRED PROFILE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Masters in Commerce/CA/ICWA with 8 Years and above experience in Procurement Costing Management specific to FMCG, Pharma/Nutraceutical, Food or Equivalent Sector. Skills : Exceptional excel skills with cost modeling optimization. Variance analytics, market benchmarking, Industry best practices exposure and large-scale project pricing execution. The resource must have excellent communication and cost to quality methodology exposures.
